Ready to take your training to the next level? On Day 2, we'll start forming the official Chill Pill. You'll learn how to gently guide your dog to their side and help them relax in this position. This simple yet powerful technique can act as a reset button for your dog, helping them calm down when they're feeling excited or anxious. By the end of Day 2, you'll be well on your way to a calmer, more obedient dog!

On Day 3, we're taking a big step forward in our Chill Pill Challenge. We'll start incorporating hand signals and naming the command. You'll learn how to guide your dog from a sit to a down position, and then to their side, all while introducing the "Chill Pill" command. By the end of Day 3, you'll be able to command your dog into a relaxed position with just a simple hand signal and command!

We've made it to Day 5! Today, we're putting everything together. You'll practice commanding your dog into the Chill Pill position from a standing position, and you'll start working on distance control. By the end of Day 5, you'll have a complete set of skills to help your dog relax and behave better, no matter where you are or what's going on around you!
